These cacti are super cute and so much safer than the real ones. My grandmother had real ones and I wish she would have made these. It would have been safer for all of us grandkids.

This pattern uses basic crochet stitches like single crochet and double crochet and then after you have filled it with stuffing, you add it to a Small Terracotta Pot. Isn’t that clever?  You simply need green yarn and then yarn for your flowers for your cactus.

Bev reviewed this for our team and said that the pattern is super easy to follow and can be adapted if you are using a small pot.

She said it’s such a fun project and if you wanted, you can do different colors if you don’t want the traditional colors

This pattern is super cute. The finished size is 4 inches tall by 4.5 inches wide, approximately.  These cute cactus are perfect for a bookshelf or table. We decided we didn’t love the face on the pot so when I made it I did it without the face.

If you decide to do eyes and have little ones under 5 you will definitely want to use yarn and otherwise use safety eyes. This really was so much fun to make. It comes with really clear instructions and photos to help you along the way.

I made it for a little girl who has pink in her room so I used pink yarn for the pot.  It’s a really simple pattern. It you aren’t a plant lady, this is for you because you honestly can’t kill it. LOL.

For the finishing touches, I added some rocks like the photo. This cactus amigurumi pattern is such a cute pattern to make and looks perfect on my window ledge.

Our little family takes some steady hands and stitching to put them together but if you have done a few projects you shouldn’t have any problems.

Jes created this set for a little boy who loves soft toys. She said you create all your pieces and then use your needle to sew them all together.

She wanted to remind you that if you are using eyes to use safety eyes.  She said it’s easy to alter the pattern and change up the colors. She sent a photo and they turned out so cute.
